Design Your Booth
Design a booth that displays your branding in an attractive, welcoming way, and make sure the commercial messages are focused. Emphasize your popular products or a new product launch during the exhibition.
Exhibition booth space should be welcoming and allowing comfortable, easy access between visitors and salesmen in the booth. Choosing a booth designer – it is recommended to work with established designers who supply with design demos, graphic designing service, and responsible directly for construction work for your booth.
Refreshments
Serving refreshments, such as snacks and candy will prolong your visitors and allow your salesmen to use the waiting time for an introduction conversation. Food and drinks at the exhibition – exhibitors who want to serve food and drinks (sandwiches, beer etc.) are required to do so in advance with Exhibition Center’s franchisees only. Experiential trial: It is recommended to offer visitors an experiential trial if possible, as well as supply PR products that include your logo and ways to contact you. It is important to keep your products simple, so that your visitors will stay longer at your booth.
Booth Staff
The employees you put in your booth should be as skilled as possible – at product information as well as networking abilities. Create a team that will help you establish, operate and disable your booth. Define roles for every day, like pamphlet distribution, client management, display operation and disablement, sales documentations, sample distribution etc. Make sure your booth is constantly occupied. Leaving your booth unattended gives an unattractive impression on the audience.
Advertisements
Leaflets and pamphlets – make sure your printed material is as focused as clear as possible. It is recommended to stick to the same graphic in your booth and your advertisements, for continuity.
Schedule
You should keep track of your schedule in every exhibition:
- Building days and hours (building your booth with designing companies).
- Arrangement days.
- Disablement procedures for booths and exhibitions.
Safety
You need to make sure you stick to work safety regulations (work clothes, altitude working license etc.).
Construction Engineer
You should order a construction engineer in advance, in order to check your booth’s stability.
Insurance
You should insure your equipment on display with your insurance agent.
